Two editions, and nothing hidden behind a switch.
Pro is Core plus a handful of extra sections and blocks. A Core download does not contain the Pro files at all, so there is nothing to unlock and nothing that can stop working. How you pay — once, or monthly — is a separate question, further down this page.
Price, per edition
Each edition is its own theme with its own licence. Buying Core and buying Pro are two purchases, not a plan you move between.
The struck-through figure is the list price, not a price anybody has paid. Hullara is new — no reviews and no public install count yet — and the lower founder price is for buying before those exist, rather than a sale that ends.

Pro is $229 once. At that rate you are level after 4 months, and everything after that is margin you keep.
Questions about billing
What happens to my store if I cancel the monthly plan?
A lifetime licence keeps working, forever, whatever we do. A monthly licence is a rental: when the period you have paid for ends, the licence lapses and your storefront shows a licence notice until it is renewed. A failed card does not do that — you get fourteen days of grace first. If you want the theme to be yours whatever happens later, buy the lifetime licence.
Why would I pick monthly over lifetime?
Cash flow, and trying the theme on a store you are not sure about yet. If you know you are keeping it, lifetime is cheaper within the first year.
Can I install one licence on more than one store?
Yes — up to three. That is meant as your live store, a staging copy, and one spare for the migration everybody does at least once, rather than three unrelated shops. If you build for clients, each client store needs its own licence; ask us about agency pricing.
Do you refund?
Yes, within 30 days. Digital goods are hard to un-sell, so we would rather refund an unhappy buyer than argue. Email us and it is done.
Who charges my card?
Polar, acting as merchant of record. They handle VAT and sales tax in 60+ countries, so your invoice is compliant wherever you are.
Can I move from Core to Pro later?
Pro is a separate purchase with its own licence, and there is no in-place upgrade in the checkout. There is one by email: tell us the address you bought Core with and you pay the difference, not the full price again.
Is anything in Core disabled or watermarked?
No. The Core download simply does not contain the Pro files — there is no flag to flip and nothing that degrades. A file that is not in the zip cannot be unlocked. The licence check asks whether your licence is current, not which edition you bought: it cannot turn a Core section into a Pro one, and it cannot take a file out of a zip you already have.
