Update your card, download invoices, or cancel a subscription in the Polar customer portal. Polar emails you a sign-in link — no password.
Email us and we will send your invoices, or change the card on your subscription.
Lost your key?
It is in the receipt Polar sent when you bought. Search your inbox for "Polar". If you still cannot find it, email us from the address you paid with and we will resend it.

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the licence lapses: downloads stop, and your storefront shows a licence notice until you renew. If you want to keep the theme with no renewal, buy the lifetime licence before the period ends — what you have installed and customised stays exactly as it is.
