Bottom line. Debutify is the answer if you need to start at $0 or want a vendor with years of monthly releases behind it — Hullara has no free plan and a much shorter history. Hullara is the answer if you want every section in the build without a tier deciding which ones you get, and a thirty-day refund on any purchase where Debutify's subscriptions and Lifetime plan are non-refundable. Neither of us is the one-click update a Theme Store theme gets, so do not buy either for that.

Does Debutify have a refund policy?
- Yes, and it is a narrow one. Their refund policy, read on 2026-09-30, says subscription fees are non-refundable and Lifetime purchases are final; it refunds an overcharge or a double charge. What they offer instead is a Free plan and a 3-day trial on the paid tiers. Hullara refunds any purchase within thirty days with no questions asked.
Does the Debutify Lifetime plan include updates?
- Their price list says “Automatic update” on the Lifetime plan. Their terms add that Lifetime means the lifetime of the Debutify product rather than the customer, and that it covers the features listed at the time of purchase — future products may need a separate purchase. Hullara's lifetime licence includes every future release of the theme you bought.
Is there a free version of Debutify, and of Hullara?
