Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy or use anything from this store.
Who you are buying from
Themes are sold by us. Payment is processed by Polar acting as merchant of record, which means Polar is the seller of record on your invoice and is responsible for collecting and remitting VAT, GST and sales tax in your jurisdiction.
Your card statement will show Polar, not us.
What you are buying
A licence to use a Shopify theme, on the terms in the licence agreement. You are not buying ownership of the theme.
Digital goods are delivered immediately on payment as a downloadable file plus a licence key.
Pricing
Prices are in USD and shown exclusive of tax unless stated. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made, and never affects the rate of an active subscription without notice.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel any time in the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Ending a subscription revokes your ability to download. It does not affect a theme already installed on your store.
Refunds
Thirty days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent licence checks, share licence keys, scrape this site, or redistribute anything you download. We may revoke a licence without refund where these terms are breached.
Support
Support covers the theme functioning as designed. It does not cover custom development, third-party apps, or Shopify itself. We provide it by email with no guaranteed response time, though in practice we answer within one business day.
Availability
We make no guarantee that this site, the download service, or any theme will be available uninterrupted. Themes already installed on your store do not depend on this site being up.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revision date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of a theme or this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or consequential damages.
Contact
The seller is Polar. Polar is the merchant of record for every purchase made here, so the trader you are contracting with for the sale — and the party named on your invoice and card statement — is Polar. Their identity, registered details and contact route are on the receipt they email you and in their own terms at polar.sh.
The licensor is Hullara, trading under that name. We write the themes, we hold their copyright, and we grant you the licence described in Licence. For anything about the theme itself — support, licence keys, downloads, updates, or a refund request — write to [email protected] and a person reads it.
