1. Service
Bow provides gift-wrapping, gift-message, gift-receipt and analytics features for Shopify stores. Suggested gift messages are drawn from a message library built into the app. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of gift-wrapped orders. Exceeding the allowance never disables your storefront and never triggers an automatic charge; you may optionally buy a prepaid pack of additional wrapped orders, which expires at the end of the billing period.
2. Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Shopify’s Billing API, per plan, on either a monthly or an annual interval — an annual subscription is charged for ten months of the monthly price. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The wrapped-order allowance is a monthly metric and resets monthly on both intervals. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app’s Billing screen; charges follow Shopify’s billing terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service or use it to violate Shopify’s policies or applicable law. Gift messages submitted by buyers are the responsibility of the merchant and buyer.
4. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranty. Storefront features fail safe — gift wrapping never blocks checkout.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior month.
